All raw materials inspected upon receipt. All raw materials inspected at beginning of each job. Article inspection of all in-house operation. In process inspection at each station. Pre-assembly inspection. Final inspection prior to shipment.

 Shipping will largely depend on material lead-time as well as production schedule.

All orders can be cancelled by notifying us by way of phone, fax or email. In the event your part(s) has shipped, no part(s) may be returned without prior authorization. We allow a 10-day grace period where upon receipt of part(s) at our factory, your cancellation will not be subject to a restocking fee. Upon cancellation notification and receipt of part(s) within the 10-day grace period you are entitled to full credit, refund or exchange.

Prices are subject to change. Pricing largely depends on quantity, material and complexity of the project.

We accept orders by phone, fax or email. An order form is provided in our catalogue and can also be found on our website. We also accept your company’s proprietary purchase order form.
