All raw materials inspected upon receipt. All raw materials inspected at beginning of each job. Article inspection of all in-house operation. In process inspection at each station. Pre-assembly inspection. Final inspection prior to shipment.

SHIPPING

Upon receipt of order we ship all part(s) within 48 hours. Expedited processing and shipping is available upon request.

CANCELLATION & RETURNS

All orders can be cancelled by notifying us by way of phone, fax or email. In the event your part(s) has shipped, no part(s) may be returned without prior authorization. We allow a 10-day grace period where upon receipt of part(s) at our factory, your cancellation will not be subject to a restocking fee. Upon cancellation notification and receipt of part(s) within the 10-day grace period you are entitled to full credit, refund or exchange.
